Overview: The SayPro Monthly SCMR-13 Posters Design & Branding role is integral to ensuring that the visual branding of SayPro’s marketing campaigns, particularly event and promotional posters, aligns with the brand’s identity and effectively drives engagement, attendance, and other key performance metrics. The position involves a combination of creative design, strategic planning, and performance tracking to ensure optimal impact of the promotional materials developed by the SayPro Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Effectiveness Tracking:
- Monitor Poster Impact: Track and assess how effectively the posters meet the goals of specific campaigns, such as event attendance, product awareness, or engagement.
- Performance Metrics: Collect data on key metrics (e.g., event attendance, website traffic, social media engagement) to measure the success of the posters. This includes monitoring clicks, shares, likes, or comments across different platforms.
- Analysis of Results: Compile the collected data and analyze trends to determine how well the posters align with the target audience’s expectations and needs.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports showcasing the performance of the posters, highlighting the correlation between the poster designs and achieved goals.
- Recommendations for Optimization: Provide insights and suggestions on how future posters or campaigns can be enhanced based on the collected data and feedback.
- Poster Design & Branding Development:
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all posters are developed in alignment with the SayPro brand identity, maintaining consistency in fonts, color schemes, logos, and overall design aesthetics.
- Creative Design: Collaborate with the creative team to design visually appealing posters that communicate the key messages clearly and effectively.

- Design Process: Handle all stages of poster creation from conceptualization to finalization, ensuring each design fulfills the objectives of the specific marketing campaign or event.
- Collaboration with SayPro Marketing Team:
- Work closely with the SayPro Marketing department to understand campaign objectives and ensure poster designs align with broader marketing goals.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to suggest creative concepts and design approaches that will maximize campaign impact.

- Royalty SCMR:
- Ensure that all poster designs and associated brand materials conform to the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR guidelines.
- Be vigilant in managing the usage of brand assets to preserve the integrity and value of SayPro’s intellectual property.
- Project Management:
- Oversee the timely creation and distribution of posters across various platforms (e.g., print, digital, social media).
