SayPro Documents Required from Employees

1. Delivery Confirmation Documentation

Purpose:

The purpose of the Delivery Confirmation documentation is to provide proof that the printed materials have been successfully delivered to the client. This ensures accountability, transparency, and record-keeping for SayPro’s operations.

Required Documents:

  • Delivery Note – A document issued by SayPro confirming the delivery details, including date, time, recipient name, and signature.
  • Client Acknowledgment Receipt – A signed document from the client confirming receipt of the printed materials.
  • Courier Tracking Details (if applicable) – Proof of shipment and delivery from an external courier service.
  • Photographic Evidence – Clear images of the delivered materials at the client’s location.
  • Internal Delivery Log – A record maintained by SayPro employees, documenting delivery status and observations.

Submission Guidelines:

  • All delivery confirmation documents must be submitted within 24 hours of the delivery completion.
  • Digital copies should be uploaded to SayPro’s document management system.
  • Hard copies should be stored securely at the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR office from SayPro Monthly January SCMR-13 SayPro Monthly Printing.
  • Ensure high-resolution printing for clear and vibrant visuals, as required by SayPro Brand Material Office under SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR.
