Job Summary:
Employees engaged in the SayPro Monthly Display are responsible for planning, designing, and executing monthly visual displays that reflect SayPro’s mission, values, and current campaigns. This role includes creative collaboration, strategic planning, logistical coordination, and hands-on implementation. Displays are to be installed in SayPro offices as outlined in SCMR-13: SayPro Monthly Display: Plan for Effective Display in Offices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and Design Displays
- Collaborate with the SayPro design and marketing teams to conceptualize visually compelling display themes for each month.
- Incorporate SayPro’s brand identity, seasonal relevance, and campaign-specific messages into the displays.
- Interpret the objectives from SayPro Monthly SCMR-13 to ensure alignment with corporate strategies.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas that support staff engagement and visitor interaction.
- Develop display mockups and prototypes for approval before installation.
2. Material Preparation and Coordination
- Source and prepare necessary materials for displays, including printed materials, signage, props, digital elements, and interactive components.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors (if needed) to ensure timely procurement of display components.
- Maintain a materials inventory and request restocking in advance of upcoming displays.
3. Display Installation and Maintenance
- Assist in setting up and installing the monthly displays at designated office locations.
- Ensure displays are properly mounted, safe, and visually appealing from all angles.
- Perform periodic checks to maintain display condition throughout the month and replace or repair damaged components as needed.
4. Evaluation and Feedback
- Collect feedback from SayPro employees and office visitors regarding the effectiveness and appeal of each display.
- Document insights and lessons learned for future monthly displays.
- Suggest improvements to the display process based on data and feedback analysis.
