Position Overview:
The SayPro Brand Material Office is responsible for overseeing the execution of the SayPro Monthly Printing activities, ensuring that all print projects are completed efficiently, cost-effectively, and in line with SayPro’s high standards. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the professional appearance and consistency of SayPro’s brand materials while supporting the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR for the period of January. The tasks include quality control, distribution coordination, feedback collection, and continuous improvement of printing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the Execution of SayPro Monthly Printing:
- Project Management:
Manage and coordinate all printing activities for the SayPro Monthly Printing cycle (January SCMR-13). Ensure that each print project is executed on time and within budget. Work closely with internal departments, external vendors, and designers to ensure all print materials are produced as per the approved specifications. - Production Coordination:
Supervise the printing process from start to finish, ensuring that the materials are produced with the highest quality and accuracy. Handle scheduling, timelines, and vendor management to ensure on-time delivery. - Cost Management:
