Objective:

To gather insights from at least five internal teams regarding the effectiveness, usability, and alignment of design materials—specifically focusing on the SayPro Monthly January SCMR-13, SayPro Monthly Letterhead Design, and Branding. The goal is to refine and enhance designs based on practical usage and internal requirements.

Scope of Work:

  1. Identify Key Teams for Feedback Collection:
    • Select five or more relevant internal teams/departments that actively use the design materials.
    • Suggested teams include:
      • Marketing & Branding Team (to assess brand consistency)
      • Sales & Client Relations Team (to evaluate usability in client communications)
      • Corporate Communications Team (to check alignment with corporate messaging)
      • Operations & Logistics Team (to ensure branding is practical for documentation)
      • Finance & Administration Team (to validate professionalism in external and financial documents)
  2. Develop a Feedback Collection Strategy:
    • Distribute the SayPro Monthly January SCMR-13 Letterhead and Branding Materials for review.
    • Conduct structured surveys or feedback forms tailored to each team’s role.
    • Arrange one-on-one interviews or focus group discussions to capture qualitative insights.
    • Request detailed feedback on:
      • Design alignment with corporate branding
      • Ease of use in daily operations
      • Readability and professionalism
      • Suggestions for improvement
  3. Analyze Feedback and Identify Improvement Areas:
    • Categorize feedback based on common themes (e.g., clarity, brand consistency, functionality).
    • Identify any recurring issues or specific design elements that need revision.
  4. Refine and Improve Designs Based on Insights:
    • Work with SayPro Brand Material Office and SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR to implement necessary changes.
    • Adjust typography, color schemes, layout, or branding elements as required.
    • Ensure final versions align with SayPro’s Corporate Identity Guidelines.
  5. Approval and Final Implementation:
    • Present revised designs to internal teams for final approval.
    • Document the improvements made and circulate updated branding materials.
    • Establish a periodic review process to ensure ongoing refinement.
