SayPro Identifying Key Stakeholder Groups

We’ll focus on gathering insights from a diverse set of stakeholders, ensuring all relevant perspectives are represented:

  • Employees: This includes leadership, team leads, and general staff across different departments.
  • Customers: Feedback from both current and potential customers is crucial to understand how our services are perceived.
  • Partners: We will include suppliers, business collaborators, and other external partners who are essential to the success of our initiatives.
