Job Summary:
The SayPro Monthly Pop-up Sign Design Branding Team is responsible for developing visually engaging and high-quality pop-up signs for SayPro’s events. The team collaborates with the SayPro Brand Material Office under the SayPro Marketing Royalty (SCMR) to ensure that all branding elements align with the company’s identity and marketing strategies. This role requires a mix of creative design skills and strategic branding expertise to produce portable and impactful signage solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design Development:
- Create innovative and visually appealing pop-up sign designs for SayPro’s monthly events.
- Develop creative concepts, ensuring consistency with SayPro’s branding, identity, and visual guidelines.
- Incorporate key design elements such as logo placement, color schemes, typography, and graphical elements.
- Maintain brand integrity while adapting designs to different event themes and settings.
2. Branding & Compliance:
- Ensure all pop-up signs align with SayPro’s corporate branding policies and standards.
- Work closely with the marketing and branding teams to uphold the SayPro visual identity.
- Maintain compliance with SCMR-13 SayPro Monthly Pop-up Sign Design Branding guidelines.
3. Production & Implementation:
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for the printing and manufacturing of pop-up signs.
- Ensure that the signs are portable, durable, and suitable for different event environments.
- Conduct quality checks on the final product before event deployment.
4. Collaboration & Communication:
- Collaborate with the SayPro Brand Material Office and other marketing teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
