As part of the ongoing efforts to strengthen internal communication, capacity building, and team alignment during the April SCOR-1 cycle, the SayPro Strategic Planning Office, under SayPro Operations Royalty, successfully conducted two internal information sessions using the SayPro Video Portal.

These sessions served to reinforce understanding of current priorities, introduce newly updated systems, and provide clarity on departmental responsibilities and reporting expectations.

The information sessions were designed to:

  • Provide guidance on the use of updated tools and platforms (e.g., Performance Dashboard, FAQ Repository, Requisition Procedures)
  • Clarify roles and responsibilities across departments
  • Address common queries raised during the planning and reporting process
  • Foster a shared culture of accountability and collaboration

Session 1: Strategic & Operational Alignment

  • Date: 5 April 2025
  • Focus Areas:
    • Overview of revised departmental goals and alignment matrices
    • Updates on performance monitoring and SCOR-1 reporting cycles
    • Introduction to new cross-departmental coordination mechanisms
  • Facilitators: Strategic Planning Office and Departmental Heads

Session 2: Systems & Communication Tools Orientation

  • Date: 12 April 2025
  • Focus Areas:
    • Demonstration of the SayPro Portal updates (Video Portal, FAQ section, Dashboard tools)
    • Training on submitting M&E reports and mid-quarter assessments
    • Walkthrough of the peer feedback and weekly reporting tools
  • Facilitators: IT Support Team and M&E Coordinators

Both sessions were hosted and recorded via the SayPro Video Portal, with live Q&A segments and interactive polls. All recordings and presentation materials are now archived and accessible for staff who were unable to attend live.
