Position Overview
Participants in the SayPro Monthly Printing Program will play a vital role in the management, production, and distribution of high-quality printed materials that support SayPro’s brand presence and marketing initiatives. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of printing processes, and the ability to maintain consistent quality aligned with SayPro’s branding and messaging standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Printing Production Management
- Manage the end-to-end printing process for SayPro’s monthly printed materials.
- Select appropriate paper types, weights, and finishes to achieve a premium feel and align with SayPro’s brand guidelines.
- Ensure accuracy in layout, color consistency, and print quality, reviewing proofs and final outputs.
- Collaborate with the SayPro Brand Material Office to ensure all materials reflect the intended design and messaging.
2. Quality Assurance
- Conduct thorough quality checks on all printed items to ensure alignment with SayPro’s aesthetic standards.
- Confirm that the final products meet or exceed the expected specifications in terms of color accuracy, material durability, and professional presentation.
- Identify and report any production issues or inconsistencies, proposing solutions where necessary.
3. Distribution and Inventory Management
- Maintain and manage an organized inventory of all SayPro printed materials.
- Ensure that an adequate stock of printed materials is consistently available to meet ongoing marketing, operational, and client servicing needs.
- Accurately track inventory levels and usage, restocking as necessary to prevent shortages.
- Distribute printed materials to relevant teams, departments, and external clients according to internal requests and distribution schedules.
- Handle distribution logistics in alignment with SayPro’s Monthly SCMR-13 program.
Skills and Competencies
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in reviewing and handling printed materials.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage inventory and distribution processes efficiently.
- Brand Awareness: Strong understanding of SayPro’s brand identity, voice, and visual guidelines.
- Communication: Clear and timely communication with internal teams and external vendors.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with printing techniques, paper types, and finishing options.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in print production, office administration, or materials management.
- Knowledge of basic inventory systems and record-keeping.
- Previous involvement in a marketing or brand-supporting role is a plus.
Work Environment
This role will primarily be based within the SayPro Brand Material Office and may occasionally require coordination with external vendors or SayPro teams for distribution activities. The position follows a structured monthly program schedule and involves handling physical materials and inventory systems.
