Job Description:

The SayPro Monthly Letter Head Design and Branding project aims to create a visually appealing, professional, and consistent letterhead design for SayPro’s communications in January, under the designated SCMR-13. The project will be managed by the SayPro Brand Material Office under SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Brand Consistency and Compliance:
    • Ensure all letterhead designs align with SayPro’s established corporate brand guidelines.
    • Maintain consistency in the use of SayPro’s logo, color palette, fonts, and overall visual style as outlined in the SayPro Brand Manual.
    • Adhere strictly to SayPro’s brand ethos and visual identity, ensuring the design reflects the company’s professional image in all communications.
  2. Design Development:
    • Create a modern, clean, and professional letterhead design for use in official SayPro communications for January SCMR-13.
    • Collaborate with the SayPro Marketing Team to finalize key design elements that reflect current branding strategies.
    • Ensure that the design is adaptable for both digital and print formats, maintaining clarity and visual appeal across all mediums.
  3. Incorporating Key Brand Elements:
    • Integrate the SayPro logo in a prominent but balanced manner, ensuring it is scalable for varying print and digital sizes.
    • Choose fonts that match SayPro’s corporate identity, ensuring they are legible and professional.
    • Utilize the color scheme approved by the SayPro Marketing Team to create harmony and consistency with other marketing materials.
  4. Template Customization:
    • Provide flexibility in the design for different departmental communications while maintaining overall brand unity.
    • Design space for customization, such as the inclusion of department names, contact information, and any required legal disclaimers.
    • Ensure the design includes appropriate placeholders for addresses, dates, and other necessary text fields.
  5. Feedback and Iteration:
    • Present initial designs to the SayPro Brand Material Office and the SayPro Marketing Team for feedback.
    • Incorporate requested changes and adjustments based on feedback while ensuring the overall design maintains brand consistency.
    • Provide multiple revisions to ensure final approval of the design.
  6. Final Deliverables:
    • Provide the final letterhead design in multiple formats (e.g., .ai, .pdf, .jpg) suitable for both print and digital use.
    • Deliver design files to the SayPro Marketing Team for integration into their communication platforms.
    • Provide a style guide outlining proper usage of the letterhead design and key brand elements for future reference.
  7. Timeline and Deadlines:
    • Ensure that all design work is completed within the stipulated timeframe for January SCMR-13.
    • Follow the SayPro Marketing Team’s project timeline and adjust the design process to meet important deadlines for approval and printing.
  8. Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with the SayPro Brand Material Office, SayPro Marketing Team, and other key stakeholders to ensure the design meets all expectations and standards.
    • Maintain clear communication throughout the design process, providing progress updates as needed.
  9. Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure that the final design is free of errors, aligns with branding standards, and meets SayPro’s quality expectations for external and internal communications.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in graphic design software, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and corporate identity management.
  • Ability to adapt designs to various formats while maintaining consistency across different platforms.
  • Previous experience in corporate branding and designing professional templates.
