Job Overview:
As a Personalization Strategist at SayPro, you will play a key role in integrating personalized messaging into all marketing initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to use advanced tools like GPT (Generative Pre-trained Transformers) to tailor content, enhancing customer engagement and fostering brand loyalty. By leveraging insights, you will ensure that each marketing communication—whether a blog post, social media content, or email campaign—reflects SayPro’s values and resonates with our audience.
You will work closely with the marketing team to create, refine, and distribute personalized content, driving both short-term campaigns and long-term brand development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personalized Content Creation:
- Use AI tools (like GPT) to generate personalized ideas for blog posts, social media content, and email campaigns.
- Customize marketing communications by integrating personalized customer data and segmentation insights.
- Work with the content team to infuse SayPro’s core values and tone in every piece of content.
- Marketing Campaign Execution:
- Plan and execute monthly personalization campaigns, aligning content with the SayPro Monthly SCMR-13 guidelines and materials.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually engaging content alongside personalized text for social media and email marketing.
- Track the performance of personalized content, analyze customer engagement, and optimize for better results.
- Brand Messaging Integration:
- Ensure that every piece of content, from blog posts to social media posts, incorporates key company values and brand guidelines.
- Select and incorporate meaningful quotes from leadership or employees that highlight SayPro’s mission and vision.
