As part of SayPro’s ongoing efforts to enhance brand visibility and reach, the Marketing and Advertising Manager will be responsible for overseeing the creation of high-quality digital ads, videos, and content pieces. These content pieces will be tailored specifically for each digital platform, ensuring optimal performance and engagement. Below are the key tasks to be completed during the period:

  1. Collaborate with the Creative Team to Design High-Quality Ads:
    • Conceptualize Ad Ideas: Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm and conceptualize ad campaigns that are aligned with SayPro’s quarterly marketing objectives. These ads should be designed to engage and resonate with SayPro’s target audience, based on platform-specific best practices.
    • Platform-Specific Design: Ensure that ads are designed to meet the specific requirements of each platform (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Google Display Network, LinkedIn, etc.). This includes adjusting image sizes, video lengths, and messaging to match the platform’s standards.
    • Brand Consistency: Guarantee that all ads are consistent with SayPro’s brand identity. This includes adhering to color schemes, fonts, logo usage, and tone of voice to maintain a unified brand image across all marketing materials.
    • Incorporate Creative Elements: Work with the creative team to incorporate innovative elements such as animations, transitions, and interactive content to enhance the visual appeal of the ads and engage the audience effectively.
  2. Create Video Content for Digital Campaigns:
    • Video Script Writing: Develop compelling video scripts that align with the core objectives of the campaign. Ensure that video content is concise, clear, and engaging, highlighting SayPro’s offerings (e.g., lighting solutions, design services).
    • Collaborate with Video Production Team: Partner with the video production team to shoot, edit, and finalize high-quality videos for digital campaigns. Videos will be produced for various marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and online ads.
    • Platform Optimization: Tailor videos to meet platform-specific requirements (e.g., square videos for Instagram, vertical videos for TikTok and Instagram Stories, landscape for YouTube ads). Optimize video content for different screen sizes and user experiences.
  3. Content Creation for Landing Pages and Social Media:
    • Develop Engaging Landing Pages: Work with the content and design teams to create optimized landing pages for lead generation and conversions. Ensure that landing pages are aligned with the ad messaging and provide a seamless experience for users.
    • Craft Social Media Content: Collaborate with the social media team to design engaging posts and creative visuals for social media campaigns. These posts should be visually appealing and informative, driving traffic to landing pages and encouraging engagement.
    • Incorporate Brand Messaging: All content (ads, landing pages, and social media posts) should reflect SayPro’s messaging and showcase products such as lighting solutions, reinforcing SayPro’s position as a trusted provider in the marketplace.
  4. Email Newsletter and Digital Content:
    • Develop Email Campaigns: Create and design compelling email newsletters and promotional email content for campaigns. Ensure email content is tailored to the interests of SayPro’s subscribers, delivering value and prompting action.
    • Content Integration: Ensure that email content is integrated with other digital campaigns, offering a consistent message that resonates with the target audience. Work on subject lines, email design, and calls to action to optimize open rates and conversions.
    • Testing and Optimization: Run A/B tests on email subject lines, content, and visuals to determine the most effective approaches. Optimize email campaigns based on performance data.
  5. Collaborate with the Online Marketplace Team:
    • Online Marketplace Ads: Work with the SayPro Online Marketplace team to develop targeted ad content for digital marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, or other e-commerce platforms. Tailor ads and product descriptions to these platforms’ specific formats and customer expectations.
    • Product Listings and Content Optimization: Collaborate with the marketplace team to ensure that SayPro’s products, such as lighting solutions, are well-represented in online marketplaces. This includes optimizing product listings, images, and descriptions for better visibility and customer conversion.
  6. Ensure Optimization for SEO and Paid Ads:
    • SEO-Optimized Content: Work with the SEO team to ensure that all content, including landing pages, blog posts, and ads, are optimized for search engines. Implement keyword strategies that increase the visibility of SayPro’s products and services.
    • Paid Media Ad Content: Collaborate with the paid media team to ensure that the ads are optimized for performance, whether it be for Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other platforms.   7. Monitor and Adjust Content for Performance:
