Job Title: SayPro Monthly Display Coordinator

Reports To: SayPro Display Project Manager / Marketing Team Lead
Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time (Depending on Allocation)
Location: SayPro Offices / Designated Display Locations
Job Purpose:
The SayPro Monthly Display Coordinator plays a key role in executing visually impactful and strategically aligned displays across SayPro offices and designated locations. The goal is to support SayPro’s marketing campaigns, seasonal themes, and brand identity through well-planned, timely, and engaging monthly displays.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Planning & Coordination
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders, including the SayPro marketing team, to understand the vision, objectives, and campaign messages for each month’s display.
- Align with the SayPro Monthly January SCMR-13 Display Plan and similar monthly plans to ensure thematic consistency.
- Attend monthly planning meetings and contribute creative ideas for enhancing the visual appeal of displays.
- Maintain an up-to-date schedule/calendar of upcoming display themes and deadlines.
2. Execution of Displays
- Assist in the physical setup and arrangement of monthly displays in SayPro offices or other designated areas.
- Ensure displays are visually appealing, on-brand, and compliant with SayPro’s branding guidelines.
- Source materials (posters, brochures, props, stands, etc.) required for the display, coordinating with suppliers or internal departments as needed.
3. Content Integration
- Ensure integration of campaign content into the displays — including promotional offers, service updates, monthly messages, staff highlights, or community announcements.
- Liaise with the content creation team to receive updated materials (digital or print) and integrate them into the display setup.
4. Communication & Reporting
- Serve as the main point of contact between the display team and the marketing team for display-related updates.
- Provide progress updates, post-display photos, and short reports on implementation and engagement levels.
- Collect feedback from staff and visitors on the effectiveness of displays, and relay it to the marketing team for continuous improvement.
5. Quality Assurance & Maintenance
- Perform quality checks to ensure displays remain tidy, relevant, and undamaged throughout the month.
- Make minor adjustments or replacements as necessary during the month to maintain visual standards.
- Dismantle or update the display at the end of the cycle, ensuring timely transition to the next month’s theme.
6. Brand Representation
- Represent SayPro’s brand image and voice in every aspect of the display setup and communication.
- Promote awareness of SayPro’s campaigns, programs, or values through creative visual storytelling in the displays.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- A keen eye for design and visual arrangement
- Experience in merchandising, displays, or event coordination is a plus
- Ability to work independently and within teams
- Basic familiarity with SayPro’s mission, branding, and campaigns
