SayPro Job Description: Periodic Updates and Content Refresh Specialist

Department: SayPro Marketing Royalty (SCMR)

Position Type: Part-Time/Project-Based
Location: Remote/On-Site (depending on campaign)
Objective:
Ensure the personalization strategy of SayPro remains dynamic, relevant, and aligned with the brand’s evolving voice, by implementing regular content updates and creative refreshes.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Personalization & Theming

  • Integrate and rotate custom elements such as:
    • Motivational or company-aligned quotes
    • Relevant SayPro values, slogans, or mission highlights
    • Monthly themes (e.g., innovation, teamwork, leadership)
  • Customize content based on audience type (e.g., internal staff, partners, clients)

2. Monthly Updates and Refreshes

  • Execute monthly content refresh in accordance with SayPro Monthly schedules (e.g., SCMR-13 for January).
  • Replace outdated or repetitive elements to avoid user fatigue.
  • Propose fresh creative angles each month based on campaign data and audience feedback.

3. Tone and Style Optimization

  • Review all existing message templates and ensure alignment with the SayPro tone (friendly, empowering, professional).
  • Adjust phrasing, voice, and format depending on medium (email, social posts, internal memos).
  • Suggest improvements to enhance emotional impact and engagement.

4. Collaboration with Brand Material Office

  • Work closely with the SayPro Brand Material Office to ensure all updates reflect:
    • Current brand guidelines
    • Marketing Royalty SCMR directives
    • Compliance with internal style and messaging standards

5. Quote & Content Sourcing

  • Curate quotes that align with brand values, seasonality, or campaign focus.
  • When necessary, create original micro-content or adapt internal messaging for external sharing.
  • Maintain an internal database of quotes and brand-appropriate sayings.

6. Thematic Integration

  • Align content with overarching SayPro campaign themes (e.g., sustainability month, leadership week).
  • Ensure that visual and textual elements reinforce the monthly message.

7. Documentation & Reporting

  • Submit a Monthly Personalization Report documenting:
    • What was updated
    • Why it was chosen
    • Performance metrics (if available)
  • Archive past monthly content in the SayPro shared drive for future reuse or analysis.

Required Skills:

  • Strong command of branding and marketing communication
  • Excellent written communication and storytelling skills
  • Creativity and trend awareness
  • Project and time management
  • Familiarity with content management tools (e.g., Notion, Trello, Google Drive)
  • Knowledge of SayPro values and internal voice

KPIs / Success Metrics:

  • On-time delivery of monthly updates
  • Engagement metrics on refreshed content (e.g., open rates, clicks, internal feedback)
  • Consistency with SayPro tone and style
  • Positive qualitative feedback from internal and external audiences
