Job Description: Marketing and Advertising Manager for SayPro Quarterly Marketing and Advertising
Position Overview:
The Marketing and Advertising Manager for SayPro’s Quarterly Marketing and Advertising campaigns will be a key player in the planning, execution, and optimization of SayPro’s marketing campaigns, with a primary focus on online platforms. This position will be responsible for overseeing all stages of the campaign process, from initial strategy development to performance analysis. The Marketing and Advertising Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including content, creative, and paid media teams, to ensure that SayPro’s digital marketing objectives are effectively met.
Core Responsibilities:
- Customer Segmentation and Targeting:
- Audience analysis and segmentation: Analyze customer data to identify key audience segments based on demographics, behaviors, and interests. Customize ad creatives and messaging to appeal to these specific audience groups, improving targeting accuracy and conversion rates.
- Targeted campaign strategies: Develop and implement strategies for targeting different customer segments, ensuring that messaging resonates with each group and addresses their unique needs or pain points.
- Audience behavior tracking: Monitor and analyze audience behavior and engagement metrics across digital channels to refine targeting strategies and improve campaign performance.
- Campaign Planning and Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with content teams: Work alongside SayPro’s content creation team to develop compelling, creative content for ads, social media posts, landing pages, email newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Develop marketing strategies: Design comprehensive marketing strategies for each quarter that align with SayPro’s overall business goals and marketing objectives. Ensure strategies are tailored to meet the needs of different customer segments.
- Market research: Conduct ongoing market research to understand industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences, which will inform the campaign planning process.
- Brand integration: Ensure all marketing materials reflect SayPro’s brand standards and messaging, particularly in the context of SayPro’s offerings in the online marketplace.
- Campaign Execution and Management:
- Oversee campaign execution: Manage the day-to-day execution of online marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, etc.). Ensure campaigns are launched on schedule and optimized for maximum impact.
- Cross-channel integration: Coordinate campaigns across multiple channels (social media, search engines, display networks, email marketing, etc.), ensuring a cohesive brand experience for customers.
- Ad creative management: Oversee the creation of engaging ad creatives, including images, copy, and videos, ensuring they are aligned with the campaign goals and tailored for each audience segment.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
- Creative and content teams: Work closely with creative and content teams to ensure that all marketing assets are high-quality, engaging, and optimized for performance.
- Paid media teams: Collaborate with the paid media team to ensure optimal ad spend and budget allocation across campaigns, making adjustments based on real-time performance data.
- Analytics and performance teams: Partner with analytics teams to track campaign performance, assess key metrics (CTR, conversion rates, ROI), and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Performance Analysis and Optimization:
- Monitor and report on campaign performance: Regularly assess campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.), providing detailed reports on key metrics and outcomes.
- Optimize campaigns: Use performance data and insights to refine and optimize campaigns for better results. Implement A/B testing, creative adjustments, and targeting refinements to improve conversion rates.
- Provide actionable insights: Offer strategic recommendations for campaign improvements and highlight successful tactics that can be scaled in future campaigns.
- Brand and Market Development:
- Innovative marketing tactics: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to implement new and effective marketing strategies.
- External partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with third-party vendors, influencers, and advertising platforms to explore new opportunities for expanding SayPro’s reach and driving customer acquisition.
- SayPro Online Marketplace: Specifically, ensure that all campaigns for SayPro’s online marketplace offerings are optimized to increase visibility, drive traffic, and generate sales. Promote SayPro’s value propositions and brand presence across relevant digital touchpoints.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in campaign management and optimization.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation and targeting strategies, with a focus on improving conversion rates.
- Experience in creating and managing ads across multiple digital platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, etc.).
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) and reporting platforms.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a strong focus on results-driven marketing.
Preferred Qualifications:
