Position Title:
Messaging Personalization & Segmentation Specialist
Objective:
To enhance user engagement and brand loyalty by developing, implementing, and refining tailored messaging strategies for distinct audience segments across SayPro platforms.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks
1. Audience Segmentation
- Analyze and define key audience groups such as:
- New Visitors: First-time users unfamiliar with SayPro.
- Returning Customers: Users with prior engagement or purchase history.
- Corporate Partners: Organizations or businesses collaborating with SayPro.
- Donors: Individuals or institutions contributing philanthropically to SayPro initiatives.
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM reports, etc.) to identify behavior patterns and preferences of each group.
2. Message Customization
- Craft distinct messaging for each segment that aligns with their interests, needs, and stage in the user journey.
- Ensure content addresses:
- Pain points and expectations unique to each group.
- Relevant value propositions and Call-To-Actions (CTAs).
- Appropriate tone and language style.
- Examples:
- New Visitors: “Welcome to SayPro—explore how we empower communities.”
- Returning Customers: “Thanks for being with us—see what’s new at SayPro.”
- Corporate Partners: “Discover our strategic impact—partner with SayPro today.”
- Donors: “Your support matters—see the lives you’ve touched.”
3. Personalization Integration
- Implement SayPro Monthly Personalization features:
- Embed custom elements such as:
- Inspirational quotes
- Company mission/vision
- Department-specific achievements
- Personalized greetings using CRM data
- Embed custom elements such as:
- Maintain consistency with the SayPro Brand Material Office guidelines to preserve tone, color scheme, fonts, and approved messaging components.
4. Collaboration & Alignment
- Work with:
- Content Creation Teams: To write and adapt messaging across email campaigns, landing pages, and social media.
- Design & Web Teams: To ensure message visibility and effective placement.
- Data Analysts: To monitor engagement metrics and fine-tune segment strategies.
5. Continuous Improvement & Reporting
- Use A/B testing and performance tracking to refine message effectiveness.
- Produce monthly reports with insights from:
- Engagement rates (clicks, opens, time-on-page)
- Conversion data per audience segment
- Recommendations for future content tailoring
Skills & Competencies
- Strong copywriting and audience-first communication skills
- Proficiency in digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, HubSpot)
- Familiarity with personalization platforms and CRM systems
- Deep understanding of SayPro’s mission, values, and visual identity standards
