SayPro Data Collection Logs
A comprehensive record of all data sources utilized, including but not limited to interviews, surveys, focus groups, or observational notes. Each log must include the following metadata:

• Date of data collection
• Participant information (e.g., role, demographic details, anonymized ID)
• Method of data collection
• Context or setting of data collection
• Notes on consent or ethical considerations, if applicable
