All websites must follow same designs, looks and styles as approved on SayPro Websites Policy.

In many cases the home page contains courses, fundraising campaigns, products and if is the main app it will contain posts. Other Websites contains a home page.

3. Opening the SayPro Websites

To access SayPro pages using the dashboard in WordPress, follow these step-by-step instructions:

Step 1: Log into Your WordPress Dashboard

  1. Open your web browser and go to your WordPress login page (usually yourwebsite.com/wp-admin).
  2. Enter your username and password, then click the Log In button.

Step 2: Navigate to the Pages Section

  1. Once logged in, you will be directed to the WordPress dashboard.
  2. In the left-hand menu, look for the Pages option. Click on it to expand the submenu.

Step 3: Locate SayPro Pages

  1. In the Pages submenu, you will see a list of all the pages on your site.
  2. You can either scroll through the list or use the search bar at the top right to find “SayPro.”
  3. If SayPro pages are categorized or tagged, you can also filter by categories or tags if applicable.

Step 4: Edit or View SayPro Pages

  1. Once you find the SayPro page you want to access, hover over the page title.
  2. You will see options such as Edit, Quick Edit, Trash, and View.
  • Click Edit to modify the page.
  • Click View to see the page as it appears on your website.

Step 5: Make Changes (if needed)

  1. If you clicked Edit, you will be taken to the page editor.
  2. Here, you can make any necessary changes to the content, layout, or settings of the SayPro page.
  3. After making changes, remember to click the Update button on the right side to save your changes.

Step 6: Log Out (if necessary)

  1. Once you are done, you can log out by hovering over your username in the top right corner and selecting Log Out.

Additional Tips

  • If you cannot find the SayPro pages, ensure that they are published and not in draft mode.
  • If you have custom post types or plugins related to SayPro, check their specific settings or documentation for additional navigation instructions.

By following these steps, you should be able to easily access and manage SayPro pages through your WordPress dashboard. ### Step 7: Add New SayPro Page (if needed)

  1. If you want to create a new SayPro page, go back to the Pages section in the dashboard.
  2. Click on the Add New button located at the top of the page list.
  3. Enter the title and content for your new SayPro page in the editor.

Step 8: Configure Page Settings

  1. On the right side of the editor, you will find options to set the page attributes, such as parent page and order.
  2. You can also set a featured image if required for the SayPro page.

Step 9: Publish the Page

  1. Once you are satisfied with the content and settings, click the Publish button to make the page live on your site.
  2. You can also choose to save it as a draft if you want to make further edits later.

Step 10: Review Page Visibility

  1. After publishing, check the visibility settings to ensure the page is accessible to your intended audience.

Ensure that there is content before you edit

4.1. How to add a long Picture

  • To add: Click on + it should be on the side right
  • Click on Images
  • To add text on top Click on A with the square on top then add a unique title on the website from AI. An example SayPro Technology providing a wide range of Technology solutions for you

4.2. How to add Columns with Images

4.2.1. How to add a Single Column

  • Click on Plus +
  • Click and Search Column
  • Select the 25 / 50 / 25 Column

4.2.2. How to add double Columns

  • Click on Plus +
  • Click and Search Column
  • Select 50 / 50 Column

4.2.3. How to add three Columns

  1. click Plus +
  2. Click and Search Column
  3. Select 33 / 33 / 33 Column
  4. Select or Search Column and check 3 Column of the bullets or 2 if the bullets are few

4.2.4. How to Structure your Columns

  1. Add Image
  2. Add Heading H3
  3. Add Paragraph
  4. Add Bulleted Text

5. Colours of Images

  1. The background should be white always
  2. The images should not have more than 3 colours
  3. The images must be consistent and be relevant to the website topic or focus areas. An example if the website is for Arts then use Arts images as samples
