These documents serve as checkpoints for design approval, content accuracy, and performance evaluation.
Required Documents
1. Design Mockups
Purpose:
Provide initial visual representations of the proposed infographic concepts for review and feedback before final production.
Contents:
- Draft layout of the infographic structure
- Visual elements including icons, charts, and typography samples
- Placeholder text or preliminary content
- Color palette and design direction aligned with SayPro brand guidelines
Submission Timeline:
- Submitted before the final design phase
- Included in the internal review meeting with SayPro Brand Material Office
Approval Process:
- Reviewed by SayPro Marketing Lead and Brand Material Office Manager
- Feedback provided for adjustments prior to finalization

Purpose:
