Position Overview:
The Marketing and Advertising Manager for SayPro Quarterly Marketing and Advertising will be a crucial player in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns for SayPro, with a particular focus on online platforms. This individual will be responsible for overseeing every stage of the campaign process, from strategic planning to performance analysis. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including content, creative, and paid media departments, will be essential to ensure that SayPro’s digital marketing objectives are successfully achieved.
Core Responsibilities:
- Campaign Planning and Strategy Development:
- Multi-Channel Campaigns: Design and oversee the implementation of comprehensive marketing campaigns that span multiple online channels, including but not limited to:
- Search Engine Marketing (Google Ads): Craft strategies for paid search advertising to drive high-quality traffic.
- Social Media Advertising (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn): Develop and manage targeted ad campaigns across these platforms, focusing on engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness.
- Email Marketing: Create effective email campaigns to nurture leads, engage with customers, and support sales initiatives.
- Display Ads: Manage display advertising campaigns to increase visibility and drive conversions.
- Brand Alignment: Ensure that all campaigns are aligned with SayPro’s overall brand image, tone, and objectives, including brand consistency across all platforms.
- Target Audience Identification: Use data-driven insights to identify key target demographics and tailor campaigns to meet their specific needs and behaviors.

- SayPro Monthly Marketing: Lead the development and execution of monthly marketing campaigns, with a particular focus on SayPro Monthly Indoor and Outdoor Lighting. Design creative and effective marketing solutions for lighting products tailored to different environments, enhancing the appeal of SayPro’s offerings to the target audience.
- Branded Lighting Solutions: Collaborate with the product and creative teams to develop branded lighting solutions for various settings such as offices, homes, and commercial spaces, ensuring SayPro’s lighting products are effectively positioned as high-quality, innovative, and environmentally conscious.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with content, creative, and paid media teams to create and execute campaign materials that are engaging, on-brand, and performance-driven.
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure proper representation of products in all marketing efforts, including visuals, messaging, and special promotions.
- Work with analytics teams to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
- Data Analysis: Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns across all channels. Utilize data to assess ROI and identify areas for improvement.
- Campaign Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance insights, adjusting strategies, creatives, and bids to maximize results.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and email content to refine strategies and increase conversions.
- SayPro Brand Material Office:
- Oversee the design and development of brand materials for campaigns, ensuring they meet the company’s marketing standards and guidelines.
- Ensure the integration of SayPro’s Marketing Royalty SCMR (Standardized Campaign Management Reporting) to track and report campaign progress.
- Creative Direction:
- Lead the creative direction of campaigns, ensuring the visuals, copy, and overall messaging align with SayPro’s core values and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality graphics, videos, and other media types for digital campaigns.
- Budget and Resource Management:
- Manage campaign budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to maximize campaign impact while staying within financial constraints.
- Provide accurate forecasts, tracking, and reporting of marketing expenditures.
- Trend Analysis and Innovation:
- Stay informed about the latest trends in digital marketing, online advertising, and consumer behavior. Regularly apply new techniques and technologies to campaigns to keep SayPro ahead of the competition.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in digital marketing or advertising management, with a proven track record of successful multi-channel campaigns.
- Skills:
- Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other social media platforms.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms and best practices.
- Experience in managing budgets and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns based on insights.
- Creative thinker with excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing automation tools, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms.
