Overview:
The SayPro Monthly Door Naming Signs Design and Branding Team (SCMR-13) is responsible for developing and executing visually consistent, personalized, and professionally branded door signage for departments and individuals across SayPro offices. The team operates under the SayPro Marketing Royalty Division and collaborates closely with the SayPro Brand Material Office to ensure all outputs meet the organization’s branding standards and aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Branding and Personalization:
- Design customized door signs for each department and team member across SayPro.
- Ensure signs reflect SayPro’s corporate identity and visual language.
- Use official SayPro branding assets (logos, typography, colors, etc.) provided by the Brand Material Office.
- Creative Design Execution:
- Create high-resolution digital mockups of door signs.
- Maintain design consistency while tailoring each sign to the specific role or department.
- Innovate new design formats if required by updated branding guidelines.
- Material Preparation:
- Prepare print-ready files for production (vector format preferred).
- Include proper layout guidelines, bleed, cut lines, and mounting instructions.
- Collaboration and Feedback:
- Work closely with department heads to gather correct nameplates, titles, and department details.
- Incorporate feedback from the SayPro Brand Material Office and relevant stakeholders.
- Project Management and Delivery:
- Adhere to timelines for January’s signage rollout.
- Document and archive all signage files in the SayPro design repository.
- Submit a final report and design portfolio for the January SCMR-13 cycle.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in graphic design, particularly in branding and signage.
- Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with corporate branding and visual identity systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to balance personalization with brand consistency.
- Excellent communication skills for inter-department coordination.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
Deliverables (January SCMR-13):
- Branded door signs for all SayPro departments and individuals (number provided by SayPro).
- Digital design files (editable + print-ready).
- One consolidated visual presentation for executive review.
- Submission of final documentation and design log to SayPro Brand Material Office.
Additional Notes:
- This position is part of a monthly rotational branding initiative.
- Exceptional performance may lead to longer-term engagement or role expansion within SayPro’s Design and Branding units.
