Job Purpose
The Quality Control Inspector for Installation is responsible for ensuring the professional installation of SayPro products and services, adhering to all design specifications and brand standards. This role focuses on conducting thorough inspections after installations to verify that all components and features meet the company’s quality standards, as specified by SayPro’s Monthly January SCMR-13 guidelines. The position involves collaborating with installation teams, reviewing installation outputs, and ensuring that any discrepancies are promptly addressed to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction and product functionality.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation Inspections:
- Perform detailed post-installation checks to confirm that all aspects of the installation align with SayPro design specifications as outlined in the Monthly January SCMR-13 guidelines.
- Inspect installations for compliance with SayPro’s brand materials and marketing requirements.
- Ensure the installation is carried out professionally and is fully functional, meeting the performance standards as specified by SayPro.
- Quality Control Checks:
- Inspect all materials and components used during installation to ensure they meet SayPro’s quality standards.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the installation process, ensuring the product meets both aesthetic and functional expectations.
- Document any defects or non-conformance during inspections and provide clear reports to the installation team for rectification.
- Collaboration with Installation Teams:
- Work closely with the SayPro installation teams to ensure any issues are addressed promptly.
- Provide guidance and corrective actions for installation discrepancies, promoting high-quality work and efficiency.

- Reporting:

- Ensure that every installation adheres to the SayPro Monthly Installation guidelines as specified by the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR.
- Verify that SayPro materials used in installations are aligned with the brand’s royalty requirements and standards.
- Customer Satisfaction:
- Ensure that installations meet or exceed customer expectations regarding product quality, functionality, and presentation.
- Work proactively to address and resolve any customer complaints or issues related to installations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience:
