Job Summary

The Icon Design Template Specialist is responsible for creating, managing, and applying standardized design templates for the development of SayPro’s custom iconography. These templates will ensure that all icons remain visually consistent, scalable, and in line with SayPro’s brand identity. The role plays a central part in streamlining icon production while maintaining high design quality and brand coherence across all visual assets.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

1. Development and Application of Icon Design Templates

• Create Master Templates
  Develop a series of design templates that serve as the foundation for SayPro’s custom icons. Each template will include:
  • Standard icon dimensions (e.g., 24×24 px, 48×48 px, 64×64 px, 128×128 px)
  • Grid systems to support balanced and proportionate design
  • Safe zones and padding guidelines to ensure visual harmony
  • Consistent stroke weights and corner radii for a unified appearance
• Define Brand-Specific Elements
  Templates will incorporate SayPro’s official brand assets, including:
  • Brand color palette and complementary accent colors
  • Typography references where applicable
  • Icon shape preferences (e.g., circular vs. square backgrounds)
  • Visual metaphors aligned with SayPro’s messaging and tone
• Distribute and Maintain Templates
  • Store and version control icon templates in a shared cloud workspace (e.g., Google Drive, Figma Library, or Adobe CC Library)
  • Provide editable and locked versions for different use cases (editable for in-house designers, locked for external vendors)
  • Maintain consistent naming conventions and metadata for file organization
