The SayPro Monthly Indoor and Outdoor Lighting (SCMR-13) role is a critical position within the SayPro team, tasked with developing innovative lighting solutions for both indoor and outdoor environments. This involves conceptualizing and designing branded lighting solutions that align with SayPro’s design aesthetics, energy efficiency goals, and technical specifications. The primary focus of the position is to create lighting designs that support SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR’s efforts while adhering to the company’s high standards of brand integrity, environmental sustainability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lighting Design Conceptualization:

• Develop Lighting Solutions: Design branded lighting solutions for various indoor and outdoor settings, ensuring the solutions align with SayPro’s design principles and standards. These solutions should focus on enhancing aesthetic appeal while being energy-efficient and environmentally sustainable.
• Consider Aesthetics & Functionality: Ensure the lighting design enhances the visual impact of the space, whether in office environments, retail spaces, or public areas, while maintaining a functional purpose. Collaborate with other departments to ensure lighting solutions blend seamlessly with architectural and interior design features.
• Energy Efficiency: Integrate energy-efficient technologies (LED, smart lighting systems, etc.) into the designs to help minimize power consumption while maintaining the desired ambiance.
• Innovation & Trends: Stay updated on the latest lighting technologies and design trends, incorporating innovative solutions into designs where appropriate.

2. Technical Specifications and Compliance:

• Material Selection: Work closely with the SayPro Brand Material Office to select materials that meet the technical requirements of the project while reinforcing brand aesthetics. Ensure that all materials comply with local safety and energy regulations.
• Lighting Calculations & Simulations: Perform necessary calculations, including light levels, glare, and uniformity, to ensure that lighting designs meet technical standards. Use industry-standard software to simulate and visualize designs.
• Sustainability: Ensure all designs meet sustainability standards set by SayPro, focusing on reducing carbon footprints and utilizing recyclable and eco-friendly materials where possible.

3. Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work alongside the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR team to understand the needs and expectations of the client. Communicate effectively with architects, interior designers, electrical engineers, and project managers to ensure the lighting design aligns with overall project goals.
• Client Engagement: Participate in client meetings and presentations, providing insights and recommendations related to lighting design options. Adjust designs according to client feedback, ensuring they meet both aesthetic and functional needs.

4. Project Management:

• Project Planning & Scheduling: Oversee the timely completion of lighting design tasks, including conceptual design, detailed drawings, and project implementation. Coordinate with the project manager to ensure deadlines are met and project milestones are achieved.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all designs are executed to the highest quality standards, overseeing the implementation of lighting solutions during the installation phase and addressing any issues that may arise.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

• Create Technical Drawings & Schematics: Develop detailed lighting layouts, wiring diagrams, and installation guides. Provide technical documentation for the installation team to follow during the implementation of the designs.
• Progress Reports: Prepare regular progress reports for the management team, updating them on design milestones, challenges, and completion statuses. Provide cost estimates and tracking of expenses related to lighting design materials and services.
