Job Function: Implementation and Distribution

Overview:
Once the furniture poster designs are finalized and approved by the SayPro Brand Material Office, the implementation and distribution phase ensures that these visual assets are effectively deployed across digital and physical platforms. This phase plays a critical role in driving visibility, brand recognition, and engagement with SayPro’s target audiences through planned marketing channels.


Key Responsibilities:

A. Digital Distribution

Objective:
Maximize the online reach of SayPro’s branded furniture posters by publishing and promoting them through a strategic mix of digital channels.

Tasks Include:

  1. Website Upload:
    • Upload final high-resolution poster designs to the SayPro official website in relevant product and promotional sections.
    • Optimize image formats for both desktop and mobile views, ensuring responsive display and fast loading speeds.
    • Accompany posters with SEO-friendly descriptions, tags, and metadata to enhance online discoverability.
  2. Email Marketing Integration:
    • Prepare posters for email newsletter inclusion, ensuring they are embedded in professionally designed templates.
    • Coordinate with the SayPro email marketing team to schedule newsletter campaigns, featuring posters alongside product promotions or editorial content.
    • Implement UTM tracking codes and measure open, click-through, and conversion rates to evaluate poster performance in email channels.
  3. Social Media Deployment:
    • Resize and format poster designs for key platforms: Instagram (feed, stories), Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
    • Craft engaging captions and hashtags that align with SayPro’s brand tone and campaign objectives.
    • Schedule social media posts using SayPro’s content calendar and digital publishing tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite).
    • Collaborate with the social media team to launch boosted ads or sponsored posts to amplify reach.
  4. Digital Ads and Paid Media:
    • Adapt posters for digital display ad formats including banner ads (leaderboards, skyscrapers, square tiles) and carousel units.
    • Prepare assets for Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital advertising platforms.
    • Ensure alignment with SayPro’s ad guidelines and audience segmentation strategies.

B. Internal and Partner Distribution

Objective:
Ensure the posters are accessible to SayPro internal teams and partners for extended marketing use.

Tasks Include:

  1. Internal Asset Sharing:
    • Distribute finalized poster files to the SayPro internal marketing repository or shared drive for access by regional teams.
    • Notify sales representatives and internal stakeholders of new poster availability and potential use in presentations, digital screens, or pitches.
  2. Affiliate and Partner Portals:
    • Upload poster designs to SayPro’s affiliate resource portal, ensuring all files are downloadable in multiple formats (PDF, PNG, JPEG).
    • Include brief usage instructions or brand guidelines for third-party use.
    • Monitor downloads and collect feedback from affiliate users on poster utility and effectiveness.

C. Performance Monitoring and Feedback Collection

Tasks Include:

    • Collaborate with the digital analytics team to monitor performance metrics across all distribution channels (website, social media, email).
