- Review proofs of the printed magazine before final approval to ensure color consistency, layout precision, and overall quality.
- Organize distribution logistics, ensuring that the physical magazines are sent to the correct recipients (clients, partners, stakeholders) in a timely manner.
3. Distribution Coordination:
- Print Distribution Management: Oversee the distribution of the printed magazines, ensuring the correct number of copies are produced and delivered to various locations, including office distribution, client mailing, or events.
- Digital Distribution and Tracking: Coordinate with the SayPro web team to ensure the magazine is uploaded to the website, and track online engagement with the magazine (downloads, page views, etc.).
- Ensuring Timeliness: Work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the magazine is distributed both digitally and in print within the set timelines, typically at the beginning of each month for the SayPro Monthly issue.
4. Collaboration with Marketing and Branding:

- Market Research: Stay updated with design trends, competitor magazines, and evolving branding strategies to ensure SayPro’s magazine remains innovative and appealing to its audience.
- Internal Stakeholder Coordination: Communicate with internal departments to ensure the magazine content aligns with current marketing campaigns, product launches, or company announcements.
5. Additional Responsibilities:
- Royalty and SCMR Management: Assist in managing royalty tracking for any third-party content used within the magazine, ensuring compliance with licensing agreements.
- Feedback and Analysis: After distribution, collect feedback from the readership to analyze the effectiveness of the magazine and identify areas for improvement for future issues.

- Knowledge of Print Production: Understanding of print production processes, including the management of print files, color consistency, and production schedules.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with digital content management systems (CMS), basic HTML, or web design is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in graphic design or magazine production, with a focus on both digital and print formats.
- Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and basic knowledge of web design tools or platforms.
