Position Overview:
The Marketing and Advertising Manager for SayPro’s Quarterly Marketing and Advertising campaigns will oversee all aspects of digital marketing efforts. This role is crucial for the success of SayPro’s marketing campaigns, with a specific focus on online platforms. The manager will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies to ensure SayPro’s goals are met, particularly in terms of reach, engagement, and ROI. Additionally, the role will involve close collaboration with the content, creative, and paid media teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning and Campaign Management:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for SayPro’s online platforms, aligned with quarterly objectives.
- Work with the creative and content teams to design effective digital marketing campaigns, including paid media strategies.
- Oversee campaign lifecycle from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery and optimal quality.
- Analyze the target audience and identify key demographics to optimize targeting efforts for maximum engagement and conversion.
2. Performance Analysis and Optimization:
- Monitor campaign performance on a regular basis through detailed analytics and KPIs, adjusting strategies as necessary to improve outcomes.
- Utilize marketing analytics tools to track reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Report on key metrics and campaign effectiveness to senior management.
- Continuously test and refine digital marketing strategies to increase performance and maximize budget efficiency.
3. Cross-functional Team Collaboration:
- Partner with the content team to develop compelling and relevant messaging that resonates with the target audience.
- Coordinate with the creative team to ensure that all advertisements (banners, social media posts, email campaigns) align with SayPro’s brand and objectives.
- Work with paid media specialists to optimize spend, targeting, and bidding strategies across digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure effective communication channels are in place for customers engaging with the campaigns.
4. Budget Management and Resource Allocation:
- Monitor and track advertising spend to ensure that campaigns stay within budget while achieving desired reach and engagement.
- Allocate resources efficiently across various platforms (social media, Google Ads, display networks, etc.) to maximize ROI.
- Provide monthly budget reports and forecasting to ensure future campaigns are aligned with financial expectations.
- Optimize resource distribution to ensure campaigns are cost-effective without compromising on performance.
5. Reporting and Communication:
- Provide regular performance reports detailing campaign effectiveness, areas for improvement, and next steps.
- Present quarterly results to the senior management team, offering strategic insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Communicate campaign progress and performance to all internal stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
6. Trend Monitoring and Innovation:
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure SayPro remains competitive in the marketplace.
- Identify new digital advertising platforms and opportunities to expand SayPro’s reach and enhance engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial or lead role.
- Proven experience in managing digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Expertise in budget management and resource allocation, ensuring campaigns stay within budget while achieving objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and report to senior management.
- Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with SayPro’s digital marketplace and product offerings.
- Experience with SEO/SEM, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
