Job Title: SayPro Monthly SCMR-13 Event Coordinator

Department: SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR

Reports To: SayPro Brand Material Office

Job Overview: The SayPro Monthly SCMR-13 Event Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all aspects of planning, organizing, and executing the SayPro Monthly SCMR-13 event. This includes ensuring that all event materials align with SayPro’s sustainability and quality standards, coordinating with relevant departments, and ensuring a successful event experience for attendees.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Event Planning & Coordination:

  • Plan and manage the execution of the SayPro Monthly SCMR-13 event.
  • Develop event timelines, budgets, and logistics plans.
  • Coordinate with SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR and SayPro Brand Material Office to ensure branding consistency.
  • Ensure all SayPro Monthly January SCMR-13 materials are properly sourced and approved.

2. Sustainability & Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure that materials used for the event meet SayPro’s sustainability and quality standards.
  • Work with the SayPro Brand Material Office to choose durable and high-quality materials for longevity.
  • Review vendor proposals and ensure compliance with SayPro’s environmental policies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sustainable material usage.

3. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams and external vendors.
  • Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and operations teams for event execution.
  • Communicate event requirements, updates, and expectations clearly to all stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, sponsors, and service providers.

4. Marketing & Promotion:

  • Develop promotional materials in collaboration with SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR.
  • Ensure all event materials and signage are designed in accordance with SayPro branding guidelines.
  • Manage social media campaigns and digital marketing efforts for event promotion.

5. Logistics & Execution:

  • Organize venue selection, setup, and breakdown for the event.
  • Ensure all necessary permits, approvals, and risk assessments are completed.
  • Manage event registration and guest list.
  • Oversee on-site event execution, troubleshooting any issues that arise.

6. Post-Event Reporting & Analysis:

  • Conduct post-event analysis and create detailed reports.
  • Collect feedback from attendees, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Recommend improvements for future SCMR-13 events.
  • Ensure proper documentation of materials used and sustainability efforts achieved.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in event planning and coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of sustainability practices in event management.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience with digital marketing and promotional strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
