Description:
A fully filled-out SayPro Consolidated Line Monthly Report (SCLMR-1) – the official monthly progress report.

Requirements:

  • Key Milestones Achieved
  • KPI Tracking
  • Variances & Challenges
  • Proposed Solutions/Next Steps
  • Support Needed (if applicable)

Frequency: Monthly
Deadline: By the 5th working day of the following month
Submission Method: Upload to the designated project portal or shared drive


📎 2. Supporting Documentation

Description:
All relevant materials that substantiate the progress reported in the SCLMR-1.

Must Include (as applicable):
