2. PURPOSE OF AGREEMENT
- The purpose of this Agreement is to formalize the hosting of [Number] learners from Diepsloot Youth Project at SayPro for the duration of their [Specify: Learnership/Internship/Workplace Training].
- This partnership aims to equip learners with practical skills, knowledge, and experience in alignment with their learning program requirements.
3. DURATION OF HOSTING

4. RESPONSIBILITIES OF SAYPRO (HOST ORGANIZATION)

- Ensure the Learner has access to the necessary tools, resources, and training materials.
- Monitor and evaluate the Learner’s performance and development.
- Maintain safe and ethical working conditions.

5. RESPONSIBILITIES OF DIEPSLOOT YOUTH PROJECT (SENDING ORGANIZATION)
DYP agrees to:
- Select and assign qualified learners to participate in the hosting program.
- Provide SayPro with learner details, academic background, and any special requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with SayPro regarding the Learner’s progress.
- Address any disciplinary, behavioral, or administrative concerns related to the Learner.
- Ensure the Learner understands their obligations and professional conduct while hosted.
6. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE LEARNER
The Learner agrees to:
- Fully participate in the learning and development activities provided by SayPro.
- Abide by SayPro’s workplace policies, rules, and ethical guidelines.
- Maintain professional conduct and discipline.
- Complete assigned tasks and meet required performance expectations.
- Report to their assigned mentor or supervisor and seek guidance when needed.
- Inform SayPro and Diepsloot Youth Project of any emergencies or challenges affecting their participation.
7. STIPEND AND BENEFITS

8. HEALTH AND SAFETY

- The Learner must adhere to all safety regulations and procedures in the workplace.
9. CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA PROTECTION
- The Learner agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary or sensitive information encountered at SayPro.
- Any breach of confidentiality may result in disciplinary action and termination.
10. DISCIPLINARY ACTION AND TERMINATION
- SayPro reserves the right to terminate the hosting arrangement if the Learner:
- Engages in misconduct or policy violations.
- Fails to meet performance expectations.
- Demonstrates unprofessional behavior or poor attendance.
- The Sending Organization (DYP) shall be notified of any disciplinary actions taken.
11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
- Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiation.
- If unresolved, the matter shall be referred to mediation or arbitration under South African law.
12. GENERAL PROVISIONS
- Entire Agreement: This document represents the full agreement between SayPro and DYP regarding Learner Hosting.
- Amendments: Any changes must be in writing and signed by both parties.
- Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the rest of the Agreement remains enforceable.
