4. RESPONSIBILITIES OF SAYPRO

SayPro agrees to:

  1. Provide a secure and interactive webinar platform for the event.
  2. Offer technical support before and during the session.
  3. Share educational materials, tools, and resources relevant to team-building strategies.
  4. Ensure a structured and engaging learning experience.

5. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTICIPANT

The Participant agrees to:

  1. Register for the webinar before the deadline.
  2. Ensure stable internet connectivity and a working device for participation.
  3. Maintain professional conduct and engagement throughout the webinar.
  4. Keep the webinar content confidential, where applicable.
  5. Provide feedback through a post-webinar survey to improve future sessions.

6. FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations.

  • Amendments: Any changes must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
