Objective:
Ensure optimal operational performance through timely and defect-free installation of SayPro-branded materials and systems, in line with the SayPro Brand Material Office standards under SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR.
Target:
- Achieve a minimum of 90% of all installations completed on schedule and free from defects during the current quarter, based on performance metrics set in the SayPro Monthly January SCMR-13 report.
Key Focus Areas:
- Professional Installation Standards:
All installations must be carried out by certified personnel under the supervision of the SayPro Brand Material Office, maintaining full alignment with SayPro’s quality and branding standards. - Effectiveness & Aesthetic Consistency:
Installations must ensure functional performance as well as visual consistency with SayPro’s brand identity guidelines. - Documentation & Reporting:
Installation teams must maintain detailed records of installation activities, including timelines, materials used, and any deviations from the standard process. All reports must be submitted monthly in alignment with SCMR guidelines. - Defect Monitoring & Immediate Correction:
Any defects or deviations identified during installation audits must be rectified immediately. A quarterly audit will review all reported and corrected defects to ensure continuous improvement. - On-Time Delivery & Execution:
Projects must be executed based on pre-defined schedules agreed upon with stakeholders, with a minimum threshold of 90% completed on or before the agreed timeline. - Installation Checklists & QA Oversight:
