1. Define Emotion Categories
- Joy
- Trust
- Fear
- Anger
- Sadness
- Surprise
- Anticipation
- Disgust
- Neutral
2. Tagging Guidelines
- Joy: Positive feedback showing happiness, satisfaction, enthusiasm (e.g., “I loved the training!”)
- Trust: Expressions of confidence, reliability, loyalty (e.g., “SayPro is dependable.”)
- Fear: Concerns, worries, anxiety about services or outcomes (e.g., “I’m unsure about course quality.”)
- Anger: Frustration, dissatisfaction, or complaints (e.g., “The support was terrible.”)
- Sadness: Disappointment, regret, or feeling let down (e.g., “I expected more from SayPro.”)
- Surprise: Unexpected positive or negative reactions (e.g., “I didn’t expect such fast results!”)
- Anticipation: Hope or eagerness about future services or outcomes (e.g., “Looking forward to upcoming courses.”)
- Disgust: Strong negative reactions, distaste, or aversion (e.g., “I found the content misleading.”)
- Neutral: Objective or informational statements without clear emotional tone.
3. Application Process
