SayPro Monthly Door Naming Signs Design and Branding Team (SCMR-13) – January Job Description

Overview:
The SayPro Monthly Door Naming Signs Design and Branding Team (SCMR-13) is responsible for creating and producing personalized, branded door signs for offices under the SayPro Brand Material Office. These door signs are part of the SayPro Monthly initiative for January, aiming to ensure each office within the SayPro network is clearly identified with employee names, titles, and departmental branding. The team will work in close collaboration with SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR to maintain brand consistency across all materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Employee/Department Information Gathering:
    • Compile a comprehensive list of employees and their respective departments that require personalized office door signs.
    • Collect and verify accurate information, including the full names of employees, titles, and departmental designations.
    • Coordinate with HR or department heads to ensure that all employee information is up-to-date and correct.
  2. Design & Branding:
    • Develop creative and consistent designs for the door signs that align with SayPro’s branding guidelines. This includes font choices, color schemes, logo placement, and overall layout.
    • Create personalized door signs featuring:
      • Employee Name
      • Job Title
      • Department Name
    • Ensure that all design elements reflect SayPro’s corporate identity and brand standards.
    • Work on mockups for each door sign and submit for approval to the appropriate stakeholders (e.g., SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR, Brand Material Office).
  3. Material and Production Coordination:
    • Identify appropriate materials for the production of the door signs (e.g., high-quality plastic, metal, acrylic, etc.) to ensure durability and professional appearance.
    • Collaborate with suppliers or internal production teams to source and prepare the materials required for sign production.
    • Ensure the door signs are manufactured according to the finalized designs and specifications.
    • Oversee the production process to ensure timely delivery of completed door signs.
  4. Approval and Feedback:
    • Present design prototypes to the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR team for feedback and approval.
    • Make necessary revisions or adjustments based on feedback to ensure designs are aligned with brand objectives.
    • Finalize all designs and production details after approval and proceed with production.
  5. Distribution and Installation:
    • Coordinate the distribution of completed door signs to the respective departments or offices.
    • Work with facilities management or other internal teams to ensure that the door signs are installed in their designated locations.
    • Ensure that the installation of signs is completed efficiently and correctly, with proper alignment and placement.
  6. Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain an organized list of all door signs produced, including information about each employee’s sign (name, title, department).
    • Keep records of all approvals, designs, and production processes for future reference.
    • Provide monthly updates or progress reports to the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR team and Brand Material Office.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of brand design principles and SayPro’s brand identity.
  • Experience in graphic design, particularly in the creation of branded materials.
  • Proficiency with design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Knowledge of materials and production processes for physical signage is a plus.

Timeline & Deliverables:

  • Deadline for Employee Information Submission: January 10th, 2025
  • Design Mockups for Approval: January 15th, 2025
  • Final Design Approval: January 20th, 2025
  • Production & Distribution Completion: January 30th, 2025

Objective:
The objective of this project is to ensure that all offices within the SayPro network are properly branded and easily identifiable with personalized door signs. This initiative helps enhance the professional atmosphere of SayPro’s workspaces while reinforcing the brand’s presence across all departments.
