Purpose:
To collect accurate employee information for the creation of official SayPro branded email signatures as per the SayPro Monthly Email Signatures standard issued by the SayPro Brand Material Office.


Section 1: Personal Information

Department/Division(e.g., SayPro Finance, SayPro Legal, SayPro Human Capital, etc.)
Office Location(City and Country)
Employee ID (if available)(Internal use only)
Start Date with SayPro(Month and Year)

Section 3: Contact Information

Section 4: Signature Preferences

Instructions for Submission:

  1. Complete all mandatory fields.
  2. Submit the form via internal SayPro HR portal or directly to brand@marketing.saypro.co.za.
  3. Await approval confirmation and implementation of your official SayPro email signature.
