  • Seeking approvals and feedback on developed templates before distribution.
  • Coordinating with marketing teams to ensure that templates support promotional efforts.
  • Incorporating new brand assets as they are developed.

4. Distribution & Implementation

Once the templates are finalized, the team will oversee their distribution and implementation across the organization:

  • Uploading templates to internal portals for easy employee access.
  • Notifying employees of new or updated templates through internal communications.
  • Monitoring usage and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Ensuring templates are used correctly across departments and teams.

5. Continuous Improvement & Feedback Integration
