Position Title: SayPro Marketing & Engagement Specialist

Department: Marketing

Location: SayPro Office (Remote options may apply)

Reports To: Marketing Manager/Lead

Job Overview:
SayPro is looking for a motivated and strategic Marketing & Engagement Specialist to lead the personalization efforts of our content and marketing materials. The primary focus of this role is to ensure that SayPro’s brand materials are tailored and customized for different segments and specific targets to maximize engagement across various platforms. The role will require regular collaboration with the marketing team and close coordination with content creators, designers, and data analysts to achieve personalized engagement targets.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks:

  1. Content Personalization:
    • Tailor marketing content for specific audience segments by incorporating personalized elements such as quotes, testimonials, customer feedback, and company values into emails, website content, blog posts, and other marketing materials.
    • Work closely with the design team to develop personalized templates that resonate with the target audience.
    • Ensure that all content stays consistent with SayPro’s branding and tone while integrating customized elements.
  2. Engagement Metrics Development & Tracking:
    • Define specific engagement metrics such as increased website traffic, higher email open rates, increased social media interaction, and improved customer response to personalized content.
    • Regularly assess the success of personalized content by tracking KPIs and metrics against set goals. Analyze trends and make recommendations for adjustments.
    • Collaborate with the analytics team to extract insights and interpret data regarding user behavior and content interaction.
  3. Campaign Coordination:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate the launch of campaigns involving personalized content (e.g., SayPro Monthly SCMR-13 or Special Engagement Initiatives).
    • Coordinate content creation, distribution, and post-campaign analysis to determine success.
    • Ensure that personalized content is strategically distributed via email marketing, social media, and other online platforms.
  4. SayPro Brand Material:
    • Work with the SayPro Brand Material Office to ensure that all marketing materials follow brand guidelines and include personalized elements as required.
    • Regularly update and optimize marketing collateral such as brochures, digital ads, and landing pages with tailored elements reflecting the company’s mission, vision, and core values.
    • Collaborate with the Brand Office to ensure uniformity across different types of SayPro marketing and communication.
  5. Quarterly Target Setting & Reporting:
    • Collaborate with the leadership team to define personalized content engagement targets for each quarter.
    • Monitor and report on progress towards quarterly goals, including website traffic growth, email open rate improvements, and social media engagement.
    • Suggest actionable strategies and tactics based on performance data and market trends.
  6. Feedback & Continuous Improvement:
    • Gather feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to refine and enhance personalization efforts.
    • Recommend and implement strategies to continuously improve personalization methods to increase engagement.
    • Experiment with A/B testing and other optimization techniques to evaluate the effectiveness of personalized content.
  7. Collaboration & Teamwork:
    • Work with internal teams such as sales, customer service, and product teams to gain insights and incorporate relevant customer feedback into personalized marketing efforts.
    • Attend regular team meetings to report on progress and provide suggestions for improving engagement strategies.

  2. Personalization Strategy:
    • Set a specific target for the number of personalized content pieces created, including email templates, blog posts, social media posts, and landing pages.
    • Define a percentage goal for customer interaction with personalized content (e.g., click-through rates on personalized emails).
    • Set goals for content customization, including integrating SayPro’s core values into messaging across all channels.
  3. Brand Material Requirements:
    • Define how SayPro brand materials will be used in personalization efforts, ensuring all custom elements reflect the brand’s identity (e.g., incorporating values, mission statement, and voice into content).
    • Set a target for updating existing brand collateral with new personalized elements or rebranding materials for a fresh, personalized approach.
