SCOR-1: SayPro Monthly Communicate Strategy – Dissemination of Quarterly and Long-Term Strategic Priorities

Reporting Month: April
Business Unit: SayPro Strategic Planning Office
Portfolio: SayPro Operations Royalty SCOR

Objective:

To ensure that SayPro’s quarterly and long-term strategic goals are clearly communicated and widely understood across the organization. This includes maintaining consistent alignment among SayPro employees, partners, and stakeholders, so that all actions are informed by a shared vision and common performance goals.

Strategic Communication Mandate:

The SayPro Strategic Planning Office leads SCOR-1 to bridge strategy with execution by ensuring that all stakeholders at every level are not only informed—but aligned—with SayPro’s direction. This is essential to building trust, enhancing coordination, and fostering unified efforts across programs and geographies.

1. Strategic Priorities Disseminated in April:

Quarterly Strategic Priorities (Q2 2025):

  • Achieve Operational Excellence through Digital Transformation.
  • Build Strategic Global Partnerships aligned with SDGs and EU-African frameworks.

2. Communication Strategy: Ensuring Alignment and Awareness

    • Focused on aligning project activities with long-term goals.

  • Partner organizations in Ghana and Mozambique aligned their reporting frameworks with SayPro’s strategic indicators.
  • Stakeholders from 5 local communities volunteered to participate in co-designing long-term program plans.

5. Challenges and Mitigation:

  • Challenge: Not all field staff had timely access to digital briefings.
    • Solution: Mobile-friendly summaries and translated briefings via WhatsApp.
  • Challenge: Some external stakeholders required further clarification on SayPro’s 2025–2028 strategy.
    • Solution: A stakeholder explainer pack was created and distributed.

6. Next Steps:

  • Expand strategy workshops to include frontline field workers and international interns.
  • Conduct quarterly alignment checks to ensure continued understanding and engagement.
