Job Description: Marketing and Advertising Manager for SayPro Quarterly Marketing and Advertising

Position Overview:

The Marketing and Advertising Manager for SayPro’s Quarterly Marketing and Advertising campaigns will be crucial in the planning, execution, and continuous optimization of SayPro’s marketing strategies, with a primary focus on online platforms. This role will oversee all stages of the campaign, from strategy development to performance analysis, ensuring collaboration across teams including content, creative, and paid media to meet SayPro’s digital marketing goals. Additionally, the role will emphasize the growth of influencer partnerships and affiliate marketing to expand the brand’s reach and credibility.

Core Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Planning and Strategy Development:
    • Collaborate with content teams: Work with SayPro’s content creation team to develop innovative, engaging, and high-quality content for various marketing channels, including digital ads, social media posts, landing pages, email newsletters, and more.
    • Design strategic marketing initiatives: Formulate quarterly marketing strategies aligned with SayPro’s business objectives, ensuring the integration of both traditional and digital channels to maximize brand exposure.
    • Market analysis: Continuously analyze trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to inform the marketing strategy and stay competitive in the market.
    • Brand consistency: Ensure all marketing initiatives are in line with SayPro’s brand guidelines, reflecting its values and industry leadership.
  2. Influencer Partnerships and Affiliate Marketing:
    • Identify potential influencers: Research and identify relevant influencers and affiliate marketers whose audience aligns with SayPro’s target demographic.
    • Develop partnership strategies: Build mutually beneficial partnerships with influencers and affiliates to enhance brand credibility, expand market reach, and create engaging, authentic content for campaigns.
    • Manage relationships: Cultivate strong, ongoing relationships with influencers and affiliate partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective campaign execution.
    • Monitor influencer impact: Track performance metrics such as engagement rates, conversions, and brand sentiment to evaluate the success of influencer partnerships and affiliate programs.
    • Affiliate marketing campaigns: Implement and manage affiliate marketing programs, setting clear KPIs, tracking affiliate performance, and ensuring partners are aligned with SayPro’s objectives.
  3. Campaign Execution and Management:
    • Cross-channel campaign execution: Oversee the deployment of marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, paid advertising, email marketing, and organic content.
    • Manage advertising budgets: Allocate and manage budgets across paid media channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, etc.), optimizing for maximum ROI.
    • Ensure content quality: Work closely with the creative and design teams to ensure all digital content, including visuals and copy, meets SayPro’s brand standards and objectives.
  4. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
    • Coordinate with creative and design teams: Ensure that all assets (graphics, videos, etc.) used in campaigns are aligned with the overall strategy and are optimized for each platform.
    • Partner with data and analytics teams: Collaborate with analytics teams to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as impressions, engagement, and conversion rates, ensuring campaigns are optimized to meet objectives.
  5. Performance Analysis and Reporting:
    • Campaign performance monitoring: Regularly review campaign results across all channels, analyzing metrics like click-through rates, engagement, and conversion rates.
    • Optimize campaigns: Use performance data to continuously refine and optimize marketing efforts, adjusting content, targeting, and bids as needed to improve performance.
    • Reporting: Provide detailed reports on campaign results to senior management, outlining successes, areas for improvement, and strategic recommendations for future campaigns.
  6. Brand and Market Development:
    • Innovative marketing strategies: Develop new and creative marketing tactics that leverage trends and emerging technologies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
    • Influencer and affiliate programs: Expand and manage SayPro’s influencer marketing and affiliate programs to ensure the brand is consistently represented across a wide range of digital channels and reaches new, relevant audiences.
    • Collaborate with the online marketplace: Work with SayPro’s online marketplace team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and that campaigns are aligned with digital product offerings.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including campaign management, influencer marketing, and affiliate marketing.
  • Experience working with influencer partnerships and managing affiliate programs.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, affiliate platforms).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, particularly in working with influencers and affiliates.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions and optimize campaigns.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop new, engaging marketing initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the marketing or lighting industry, or familiarity with SayPro’s products.
  • Knowledge of online marketplaces and how to integrate campaigns across e-commerce platforms.
  • Previous experience in building and scaling influencer partnerships and affiliate programs.
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, and social media marketing strategies.

Work Environment: This role will be based in SayPro’s headquarters or remote, with occasional travel for influencer or affiliate meetings and campaign evaluations.
