Position Overview:

The SayPro Job Description involves overseeing the monitoring, reporting, and collection of feedback related to SayPro’s monthly SCMR-13 posters, which play a critical role in brand communication and marketing efforts. This position focuses on ensuring that the posters align with the brand identity, meet the expectations of stakeholders, and effectively communicate key messages to the target audience. The role also involves working closely with the SayPro Brand Material Office under the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR team to ensure that branding standards and guidelines are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitoring and Reporting of Poster Designs:
    • Post-Design Review: Track and document the performance and reception of SayPro’s SCMR-13 posters, which are designed on a monthly basis for different marketing campaigns.
    • Stakeholder Feedback: Collect and assess feedback from key stakeholders, including internal teams, leadership, and external partners, to gauge the effectiveness of the designs and their alignment with branding goals.
    • Audience Engagement Analysis: Monitor audience engagement and reactions to the posters, using tools like surveys, social media tracking, or direct feedback to evaluate visual appeal, clarity, and brand messaging impact.
    • Reporting: Create detailed reports that provide an overview of feedback received, highlighting strengths, areas for improvement, and any patterns or trends that emerge from audience responses.
  2. Feedback Collection and Communication:
    • Feedback Channels: Establish efficient channels to collect feedback, ensuring that responses from stakeholders and the target audience are gathered systematically and consistently.

    • Brand Material Support: Coordinate with the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR to manage the overall creative process, ensuring that the monthly posters align with broader campaigns and marketing efforts.

  6. Ongoing Improvement:
    • Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices for poster design and marketing materials, ensuring that SayPro’s visual communication remains fresh and effective.
    • Post-Campaign Evaluation: After each campaign, assess the overall effectiveness of the posters, identifying areas for improvement and applying learnings to future designs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
