Objective:
To collect structured feedback from all attendees—both in-person and online—regarding their overall experience, session quality, logistical execution, and learning outcomes. This will inform improvements for future SayPro events and demonstrate commitment to continuous learning and participant satisfaction.
1. Survey Design and Content
Survey Tools
- Use reliable digital platforms such as Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, Typeform, or integrated event tools (like Whova or Hopin).
- For in-person attendees, provide a QR code on printed materials or display it on the final slide of sessions.
Key Survey Sections
A. General Experience
- How satisfied were you with the overall event? (1–5 scale)
- Was the event well-organized and accessible?
- Did you experience any technical or logistical issues?
B. Session Evaluation
- Which sessions/workshops did you attend?
- How would you rate the quality of each session? (1–5)
- Were the topics relevant to your interests or professional goals?
C. Learning Outcomes
- What were your three key takeaways from the event?
- Do you feel more confident or knowledgeable in the subject areas covered?
- Will you apply what you learned in your work or community?
D. Engagement and Interaction
- Did you feel engaged and included during the sessions?
- Were opportunities to ask questions and interact adequate?
E. Suggestions for Improvement
- What could have been improved?
- Are there topics or speakers you’d like to see next time?
- Would you attend another SayPro event in the future?

2. Survey Distribution Strategy
Timing
- Send survey within 12–24 hours post-event while the experience is fresh.
- Follow up with a reminder email 2–3 days later to increase response rates.
Channels
- Email: Personalized thank-you message with a survey link.
- WhatsApp or SMS: Short message with a direct survey link.
- Event Platform: Pop-up or notification after final session.
