    • The feedback should be actionable, providing insight into both design and usability.

2. SayPro Monthly SCMR-13:

  • Objective: Ensure that the icons meet the requirements outlined in the SayPro Monthly SCMR-13 document, which focuses on visual consistency, branding alignment, and user experience.
  • Scope: The design process will include understanding the functional needs of the icons and ensuring they meet the expectations of internal stakeholders and external users.
  • Deliverables:
    • A finalized set of icons designed and aligned with the specifications in SCMR-13.
    • A report detailing how the icons meet or exceed the brand’s visual guidelines and how feedback was integrated into the design process.

3. SayPro Monthly Icons:

  • Objective: Design custom icons that not only serve functional purposes but also align with the SayPro brand’s visual identity, making them consistent with the existing brand materials.
  • Scope:
    • The icons should be clean, modern, and easily interpretable, fitting seamlessly into the overall SayPro interface.
    • Icons should be adaptable for use in multiple platforms (e.g., web, mobile apps, printed materials).
    • They should follow the visual language of SayPro, considering factors like color palette, typography, and overall design aesthetics.

4. Design Custom Icons:

  • Objective: Work with the SayPro Brand Material Office under SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR to create a cohesive set of icons.
  • Scope:
    • The icons must be designed with flexibility in mind, supporting the functionality needed across different applications.
    • Ensure the icons align with the branding guidelines and are reviewed by the marketing department for approval.
    • Icons should be responsive and accessible across all devices and resolutions.

5. Collaboration with Marketing and Brand Material Office:

  • Objective: The SayPro Marketing department and the Brand Material Office will play an integral role in providing the necessary brand materials and ensuring the icons meet brand standards.
  • Scope:
    • Collaborate with the SayPro Brand Material Office to align the icon design with the overarching branding guidelines.
    • Marketing feedback will be instrumental in ensuring the final icons resonate with the target audience and stay consistent with the SayPro identity.

6. Timeline and Milestones:

  • Month 1:
    • Finalize initial icon designs and share with internal teams for initial feedback.

    • Review designs with SayPro Marketing and Brand Material Office for final brand alignment.
    • Collect feedback from internal teams and affiliates (aim for 15 pieces of feedback this month).
  • Month 3:
    • Finalize icon designs and prepare them for official launch.
    • Collect additional feedback (aim for 15 more pieces) to refine and optimize the icons.
    • Ensure all branding requirements are met and prepare materials for distribution.

7. Measurement of Success:

  • The success of this initiative will be measured by:
    • Achieving the target of 30 pieces of actionable feedback from internal teams and affiliates.
    • Meeting all visual and functional requirements outlined in SCMR-13 and SayPro Brand Material guidelines.
    • Ensuring the icons are accepted and praised by both internal stakeholders and external users.
    • Successful collaboration between the SayPro Marketing team, the Brand Material Office, and design teams to achieve a consistent and impactful visual result.
