Job Summary:
Employees engaged in the SayPro Monthly Display initiative will support the planning, execution, monitoring, and feedback collection for monthly thematic displays designed to communicate important organizational messages across all SayPro offices. The displays are aligned with the SCMR-13 SayPro Monthly Display guidelines and aim to foster a unified corporate culture, share key updates, and engage employees and visitors alike.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Planning and Preparation
- Collaborate with the Corporate Communications Team to understand the monthly theme and key messages from the SCMR-13 Plan.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to creatively translate messages into engaging visual displays.
- Help source, prepare, or create materials needed for the displays (e.g., posters, printouts, props, digital content).
- Ensure materials are aligned with SayPro’s branding and communication standards.
2. Display Setup and Maintenance
- Assist in the physical installation and setup of displays in designated office areas (e.g., lobbies, break rooms, notice boards).
- Ensure displays are neat, visually appealing, and accessible to employees and visitors.
- Monitor displays regularly to ensure materials are intact, up-to-date, and free from damage.
- Replace or update display components as needed throughout the month.
3. Engagement and Awareness
- Promote employee interaction with the display through prompts, QR codes, comment cards, or internal messaging channels.
- Encourage department heads and team leaders to reference monthly themes in meetings or discussions.
- Provide explanations or context to employees or visitors who inquire about the displays.
4. Measurement of Effectiveness
- Collect feedback from employees, visitors, and clients regarding the impact and clarity of the displays.
- Use surveys, suggestion boxes, or informal interviews to gather qualitative and quantitative input.
- Record observations on employee engagement (e.g., how often people stop to read the display, use of interactive features).
5. Reporting and Improvement
- Compile feedback and engagement data into concise reports for the Display Project Manager.
- Suggest improvements for future displays based on insights and feedback received.
- Collaborate with the team to implement enhancements in upcoming monthly displays.
