🎯 Objective

To provide participants with direct, practical experience using SayPro’s new M&E systems so they can confidently perform key functions, including data entry, dashboard analysis, and mobile reporting.


🧩 Session Format

  • Duration: 2.5 to 4 hours (half-day session)
  • Mode: In-person or virtual (depending on participant location)
  • Facilitators: Certified SayPro M&E Trainers and System Admins
  • Required Tools: Laptop or desktop with internet access; Android phone (for mobile data demo); access credentials

🗂️ Training Session Components

✅ 1. System Orientation (30 minutes)

  • Brief refresher on system modules and interface
  • Login walk-through (desktop and mobile)
  • Overview of key M&E workflows

✅ 2. Live Demonstrations (20 minutes)

  • Trainer walks through real-time tasks:
    • Logging into the system
    • Adding/updating indicator data
    • Accessing dashboards
    • Syncing data from mobile app

✅ 3. Participant Practice Exercises (90 minutes)

Hands-on tasks with guidance, including:

  • Entering a new project indicator
  • Uploading a monitoring report
  • Generating a performance dashboard
  • Completing a beneficiary intake form
  • Simulating offline data collection via SayPro Collect (mobile app)

Participants work in small groups to:

  • Identify reporting errors

Short assessment using SayPro’s post-training evaluation form or online quiz tool to gauge learning and retention.
