Job Purpose:
To assist in the strategic setup, arrangement, and maintenance of the SayPro Monthly Display across designated office locations. Employees will be responsible for ensuring displays are engaging, correctly positioned, and aligned with the SayPro brand image and campaign objectives. The initiative supports the visibility and promotion of SayPro services, campaigns, and key messages.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Display Setup & Arrangement
- Strategically place display materials in high-traffic office zones to ensure maximum visibility.
- Assemble display units, posters, signage, stands, banners, and other marketing collateral in accordance with SayPro Monthly Display guidelines.
- Ensure displays are visually appealing, correctly branded, and free from damage or clutter.
2. Execution of Monthly Theme (e.g., January SCMR-13)
- Understand and implement the monthly campaign focus, ensuring all materials are relevant to the month’s theme.
- Coordinate with the SayPro Display Coordinator to align setup with the monthly plan.
- Follow provided layout templates and creative directives from the marketing team.
3. Maintenance & Upkeep
- Perform weekly checks to maintain neatness and functionality of displays.
- Replace or repair damaged materials as needed.
- Document and report any issues with the display to the project coordinator.
4. Monitoring and Reporting
- Take photographs of completed display setups for documentation and reporting.
- Provide feedback on foot traffic, engagement levels, or suggested improvements.
- Submit a brief monthly display report to the project team including setup date, location, photos, and observations.
5. Team Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with other display team members to ensure consistent quality and branding across all locations.
- Attend short training or briefing sessions before display setup.
- Cooperate with office staff and site managers to coordinate safe and efficient setup.
Required Skills and Attributes:
- Attention to Detail: High standard of neatness, alignment, and consistency.
- Creativity and Aesthetic Sense: Ability to create visually appealing and engaging displays.
- Teamwork: Collaborative mindset; ability to work effectively with team members and coordinators.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of marketing or visual merchandising is an advantage.
- Previous experience in promotions, display setup, or event coordination is a plus.
- Must be able to lift and carry light display equipment.

- Timely completion of display setup and removal.
- Quality and consistency of visual display.
- Responsiveness to feedback and reporting requirements.
- Positive engagement or visibility feedback from SayPro staff or public.
Work Schedule:
- Displays are updated on a monthly basis, typically within the first week of each month.
- Employees must be available during scheduled setup, maintenance, and removal periods.
