As part of the April SCOR-1 performance cycle and in line with its commitment to transparency, accountability, and inclusive stakeholder communication, SayPro, through the Strategic Planning Office under Operations Royalty, successfully hosted two live Q&A sessions via the SayPro Virtual Platform.
These sessions were designed to provide external stakeholders, partners, donors, and collaborating institutions with an opportunity to directly engage with SayPro leadership, ask questions, and gain clarity on the organisation’s current priorities, programme updates, and structural changes.
1. Purpose of the Live Q&A Sessions
The Q&A sessions aimed to:
- Strengthen communication between SayPro and its stakeholders
- Clarify recent structural updates, including changes to the Strategic Partnerships and Marketing Offices
- Share progress on April SCOR-1 deliverables and planned initiatives
- Address partner concerns, suggestions, and feedback in real-time
- Promote trust, shared understanding, and partnership alignment

Session 1: Organisational Updates and Strategic Focus
- Date: 8 April 2025
- Participants: Government partners, funders, intergovernmental stakeholders
- Key Topics Covered:
- Overview of revised departmental structures
- April SCOR-1 goals and alignment matrices
- Realignment of strategic partnerships and donor engagement
- Q&A with the Director of Operations and Head of Strategic Planning
Session 2: Programme Performance and Stakeholder Input
- Date: 11 April 2025
- Participants: Community organisations, youth leaders, implementing partners

- Communication updates, digital engagement, and FAQs
- Open feedback and partner recommendations
- Live discussion with programme leads and M&E coordinators
Both sessions were hosted via the SayPro Virtual Platform, recorded, and archived for future reference. Live chat, real-time polling, and question submission features were enabled to ensure interactive and inclusive participation.
