This role plays a strategic function in promoting the SayPro brand, managing public relations, directing marketing campaigns, and overseeing creative assets across platforms.

  • The SayPro Chief Marketing Royal and Deputy Chief Marketing Royal
  • All SayPro Royal Directors and Officers engaged in marketing and communications
  • External consultants, freelancers, and contractors supporting SayPro’s marketing functions
  • All SayPro Royal structures, including SayPro Royal Committee and Board

  • Ensure marketing alignment with SayPro’s vision, mission, and strategic goals
  • Define the authority, duties, and reporting structures of the Chief Marketing Royal
  • Establish a protocol for content approval, brand usage, and campaign deployment
  • Foster collaboration between Human Capital and marketing for integrated communication
  • Protect and enhance the integrity of the SayPro brand across all platforms
  1. Roles and Responsibilities

4.1 Chief Marketing Royal

  • Lead the SayPro Marketing Royal Division and develop high-level marketing strategies
  • Direct branding, digital content creation, and corporate communication initiatives
  • Approve all SayPro logo usage, brand guidelines, and design assets
  • Coordinate with the CEO, CHCO, and Royal Directors on campaign planning and execution
  • Represent SayPro in national and international marketing forums, media engagements, and stakeholder events
  • Supervise the Deputy Chief Marketing Royal, Royal Marketing Officers, and relevant working groups

4.2 Deputy Chief Marketing Royal

  • Support the Chief Marketing Royal in executing key strategies
  • Lead assigned campaigns and ensure compliance with SayPro policies
  • Maintain documentation and assist with reporting, budgeting, and logistics

4.3 Royal Directors & Officers (Marketing and Communications)

  • Execute approved campaigns and content under guidance of the Chief Marketing Royal
  • Submit proposed content, artwork, and messaging for formal review and approval
  • Monitor audience engagement, analytics, and provide feedback reports

4.4 External Marketing Consultants

  • Work under contract and provide services in accordance with SayPro branding guidelines
  • Submit work through the Royal Marketing Officer for internal vetting and authorization

Step 1: Strategy Development

  • The Chief Marketing Royal drafts an annual Marketing Strategy and submits to the CEO and CHCO for endorsement
  • Strategy must include: campaign objectives, timelines, KPIs, key audiences, and platforms

Step 2: Campaign Planning & Approval

  • Project teams develop campaign proposals using the SayPro Campaign Proposal Form (SayProF573-01)
  • All proposals must be submitted to the Chief Marketing Royal for review and approval

Step 3: Execution & Oversight

  • Approved campaigns are assigned to Royal Officers or teams
  • Periodic reviews ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • The Chief Marketing Royal provides executive updates to the CEO

  • Post-campaign reviews are conducted using the Campaign Review Report Template (SayProF573-02)
  • All assets and approvals are archived using the SayPro Marketing Documentation Tracker (SayProF573-03)

  • SayPro branding must be consistently applied across all platforms and files
  • Unauthorized or outdated versions of SayPro logo or materials must not be used
