3. Purpose of the Meeting

The meeting was convened to review and update the SayPro Human Capital Coaching Management Policy (SayProP091). The purpose of this policy is to provide a structured framework for coaching employees, enhancing their performance, career growth, and professional development in alignment with organizational objectives.

The review focused on improving the effectiveness, consistency, and alignment of coaching programs across all departments.


4. Amendments and Updates

  1. Approved Date
    • Added the official approval date of 30 September 2025 for version control and compliance tracking.
  2. Policy Owner
    • The Learning & Development Manager was designated as the policy owner responsible for coaching program oversight and reporting.
  3. 500 FAQs Added
    • Expanded FAQ section with 500 entries addressing coaching methods, session frequency, goal setting, feedback, and progress monitoring.
  4. Templates Added
    • Standardized templates were added for:
      • Coaching plans
      • Session tracking and reporting
      • Employee progress evaluation forms
  5. Policy Approval
    • The updated Coaching Management Policy (SayProP091) was formally approved by SayProCOR on 30 September 2025.
