Objective:
Create a leaderboard to recognize and encourage top contributors who provide valuable insights generated via GPT (or similar AI tools) in SayPro activities. This will foster healthy competition, incentivize quality contributions, and highlight the most active participants.
1. Leaderboard Setup
- Platform: The leaderboard can be hosted on the SayPro intranet, the official SayPro website, or within the SayPro eLearning Platform for easy access and engagement.
- Criteria for Ranking:
- Number of Insights: Total number of relevant and actionable insights contributed.
- Insight Quality: Based on the feedback score from managers or automated quality assessments (such as AI evaluations).
- Timeliness: The speed at which insights are contributed relative to project milestones.
- Impact/Actionability: The degree to which insights are acted upon or lead to improvements in programs.
2. Leaderboard Visibility
- Public Display: Regularly update and display the leaderboard on the SayPro portal for all teams to view.
- Ranking: Display rankings by Top Contributors for the week, month, and quarter.
- Top 3 contributors will be highlighted with profile pictures or names, and users can click on any profile to see their top insights.
3. Rewards & Recognition
- Top Contributor Rewards: Offer incentives such as:
- Certificates of Recognition from SayPro Monitoring and Evaluation Royalty.
- Gift Cards or Training Vouchers for professional development courses.
- Exclusive Access to leadership webinars, tools, or training sessions.
- Monthly and Quarterly Recognition: Recognize the top contributors monthly and quarterly in team meetings, newsletters, and on the SayPro platform.
4. Tracking & Reporting
- Insights Dashboard: Create a dynamic GPT Insights Tracker that records and visualizes the number and quality of insights shared by each participant.
- Automated Data: Use system tools to automatically track insight submissions and assign points or ranks based on predefined rules.
- Manual Oversight: A small team (or M&E personnel) can manually validate insights if necessary, ensuring that each contribution meets the standard.
5. Rules and Guidelines
- Quality over Quantity: Encourage quality contributions by rewarding insightful, data-driven, and impactful information, rather than just the number of insights.
- Collaboration: Insights from collaborative efforts (team efforts, cross-department collaborations) may be rewarded with additional points.
