Key Responsibilities:

1. Logo Creation & Conceptualization

  • Develop unique and memorable logos that align with SayPro’s brand identity.
  • Ensure each design reflects SayPro’s core values, mission, and vision in a visually compelling manner.
  • Incorporate modern, innovative, and trend-conscious design elements to enhance brand recognition.
  • Utilize SayPro’s color schemes, typography, and visual guidelines as per brand standards.

2. Brand Integration & Consistency

  • Adhere to SayPro’s branding guidelines to ensure consistency across all logo designs.
  • Work collaboratively with the SayPro Brand Material Office and SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR to align design direction.
  • Enhance SayPro’s visual storytelling through impactful logo designs.

3. Creative Development Process

  • Research industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences to craft distinctive logos.
  • Develop multiple logo variations and revisions based on feedback from SayPro stakeholders.
  • Utilize creative tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design software to produce high-quality work.
  • Provide mockups and visual presentations showcasing logo applications across different media.

4. Deliverables & Timelines

  • Submit initial design drafts within the specified project timeline.
  • Incorporate feedback and refine designs to meet project requirements.
  • Deliver final logo files in various formats (JPEG, PNG, SVG, AI, EPS) for multi-platform usage.
  • Ensure final designs are scalable, high-resolution, and ready for both digital and print applications.

5. Quality Control & Approval Process

  • Maintain high standards of design quality and originality.
  • Ensure logos undergo necessary quality checks before final approval.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to finalize designs that best represent SayPro’s monthly vision.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in logo design and brand identity creation.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of branding, typography, and color theory.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to produce visually compelling designs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple design tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with SayPro’s mission, values, and branding principles is a plus.

Work Environment & Expectations:

  • Remote or in-office collaboration with SayPro Brand Material Office.
  • Flexible working hours with project-based deadlines.
  • Active participation in design review meetings and discussions with SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling SayPro’s branding materials.
